Kiyosumi Katou: Tokyo Dome wanderer that can drop Dirty Shinshinkai Karate. Get it by Wandering boss at the Tokyo Dome. Use it to Fight Katou for the style. Iron Mike at the same dome is a level grind, not this drop.
Kiyosumi Katou is placed at the Tokyo Dome. The reward note is a chance at Dirty Shinshinkai Karate. The February 2024 video also uses the dome for an Iron Mike training fight, which is a different NPC.
